Free shipping on all orders
When can I receive my order?
Orders fulfilled in-house typically take 6 to 12 business days.
After that it will be sent. Transit times vary, but can be estimated as follows:
Standard Shipping (2 – 9 Business Days)
Fast Shipping (2 – 5 Business Days), Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
Please note – even if you choose expedited shipping, it will still take 14-21 business days to complete in-house before being shipped to you!
My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t. How should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by:
Check your shipping confirmation email for shipping address errors Ask your local postal/UPS control office if they have your package If the shipping address is correct but the package did not reach the post office or your nearest UPS store, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number.
All shipments will be sent to the address you provide. If you discover that your shipping address is incorrect, we can send you a replacement order after filing a claim with our shipping service provider on our behalf. We will ship a replacement once your order has been credited to our account.

GradyTee offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
How are your products made?
Our print-on-demand garments are made to order. Your product will be customized by our highly trained technicians.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping, please email [email protected].
I have received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We apologize if your order arrives damaged/misprinted. To help us resolve this issue for you quickly, please email [email protected] within one week and include:
Photos of damaged/misprinted products
Your order number
A picture of the packing slip that came with your shipment
Any other details you need to help me can help
