At GradyTee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Here is a summary of our returns and exchanges policy:
Shirts that are accidentally misprinted will be reprinted and shipped to you free of charge. Orders misprinted due to my design error will not be refunded or replaced.
All garments that are defective (e.g. torn fabric, stains that cannot be repaired by the factory) will be replaced free of charge.
By default, the return address is set to the Gradytee Inc facility. You will receive an automatic email notification when we receive a return. Returns not claimed for more than 30 days will be destroyed or donated. If Gradytee is not the return address, the returned package will be lost and you will then be responsible for any returned shipments.
Undeliverable or wrong address entered:
If the address you provide is not recognized by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. Once we confirm the updated address with you (if applicable), you will be charged the new shipping fee.
If you do not have an account and billing method on file, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or a failed shipment claim cannot be reshipped and will be destroyed or donated (no refunds will be issued).
Gradytee does not accept returns of disposable or hygiene items such as B. but not limited to masks that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders containing masks will not be reshipped and will be discarded.
Buyer’s Refuge – We will not refund orders due to buyer’s refusal. Product returns, face coverings and size exchanges will be at your own expense and discretion. This includes non-refundable annual memberships.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please follow the same process as for a return. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you the new product you have requested.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds will typically appear on your account within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged. If you are returning a defective or damaged product, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
